One of my favorite parts of Vanity Fair magazine is this wisp of a feature called In Character, where an actor is given three moments for which they must convey the crux of a character. Eleanora and I thought we’d play a game of “In Character” ourselves. Here’s what we came up with.

Three little monkeys are jumping on a bed. You’ve just witnessed a gruesome sight as one fell off and bumped his head.

You’ve been accused of stealing the cookies from the cookie jar. “Who, me?” you insist, as you surreptitiously slip a snickerdoodle back into the jar.

You’re the second of three blind mice, and you’re scrambling to get away from the farmer’s wife.
