Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Systems Analyst Excel Reporting Automation to join their team. As a Systems Analyst Excel Reporting Automation, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Excel Systems Analyst (Remote)
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $36.65/hr
What's the Job?
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel macros, VBA scripts, and dashboards to automate data processing and reporting tasks.
- Design and implement enterprise workflows to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Create, manage, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
- Administer and enhance SharePoint sites, managing permissions, document libraries, and site structure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, test enhancements, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience with Excel macros, VBA development, and automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data management.
- Knowledge of SharePoint site administration and content management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects effectively.
