Speech Language Pathologist - Providence Anchorage at Providence Health and Services summary:

The Speech Language Pathologist at Providence Alaska Medical Center provides evaluation and treatment services for patients with speech and language disorders, collaborating closely with medical staff and families. This role requires a Master's degree or D.O. in Speech Language Pathology, state licensure, and adherence to professional standards. Description

Develops, coordinates and maintains Speech Language Pathology services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient/family. Assists in direct patient care. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

We are hiring for the following Speech Language Pathologist positions in the Adult Inpatient Therapies Department at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

• Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or
  • D.O. in Speech Language Pathology
  • Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
