In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the performance of LLMs in extracting data from unstructured clinical documentation originating in electronic health record (EHR) systems, validating the accuracy and consistency of that data, and developing code and analytical tools that enable customers to seamlessly use the extracted outputs combined with other semi-structured data sources in their scientific studies. The ideal candidate will combine strong statistical expertise with programming skills and a deep understanding of real-world data (RWD), data quality, and validation methods. You will collaborate closely with machine learning engineers, terminologists, clinical informaticists, and data scientists to ensure that model-derived data are both statistically sound and clinically meaningful.
