Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Planning : 
• Create and execute a data-driven marketing strategy to increase lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring every dollar is spent effectively to maximize ROI.
• Digital Marketing : 
• Manage online presence, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, and social media channels. 
• Plan and execute PPC, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns. Leverage analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-informed decisions.
• Content & Brand Management : 
• Develop engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials. 
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials. Create promotional materials for sales support, including brochures, presentations, and videos.
• Local Marketing & Community Engagement : 
• Foster partnerships with local businesses and community organizations. 
• Work within the community to coordinate sponsorships, events, and community outreach programs. 
• Maximize presence at trade shows and home improvement expos.
• Team Leadership : 
• Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, and agencies. 
• Lead and mentor a small marketing team, ensuring professional growth and accountability. 
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Lead Generation: 
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team using paid and organic methods. 
• Implement lead nurturing strategies to maximize all opportunities that are generated.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Is preferred (MBA is a plus). 
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus).
• Proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Facebook Ads, Go High Level, and similar tools..
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer base is highly desirable.
• Must understand social media, how it operates. Preferably posts regularly.
• Basic video editing skills to create occasional in-house content as needed.
