Are you passionate about advocating for families and making a meaningful impact in your community? Join the *Law Office of Andrew Bryant*an *award-winning law firm* in downtown Colorado Springs, proudly representing Criminal, DUI, and Family Law clients since 2012.

We are seeking a *full-time Family Law Attorney* to join our busy and growing practice. Ideal candidates are compassionate, driven, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in client advocacy. Applicants must be admitted to and in good standing with the Colorado Bar.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Provide *ethical, professional, and compassionate representation* to clients.
* Conduct *thorough legal research* and draft well-written legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
* *Collaborate closely with your paralegal* to ensure effective case management and client communication.
* Maintain timely progress on assigned cases and manage deadlines efficiently.
* Advocate for clients in hearings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.

*Qualifications*

* *15 years of experience* as a practicing attorney (Family Law experience is a plus)
* Licensed and in *good standing with the Colorado Bar*
* *Juris Doctor* from an accredited law school
* Additional licensure or experience is a plus

*Compensation & Benefits*

* *$140,000$190,000 annual compensation* based on attainable billable hours and year-end bonuses

*Schedule & Work Environment*

* Full-time, *MondayFriday* (with occasional weekends as needed)

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
