Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring LPNs with previous Medicare-Certified Home Health Agency experience for home health contracts in Dorchester, Massachusetts, and the surrounding areas. Home Health Nurse Contract Details:

• $1,620 – $1,804 per week*
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements:

• Medicare Certified Agency Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current Massachusetts Nursing License
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License
