Join our team as a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist at SALT Dental Collective. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing SEM strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and optimize campaigns. You'll be able to work on our marketing team to ensure the success of our digital marketing initiatives.

• Manage all aspects of SEM campaigns including keyword research, ad creation, bid optimization, and performance tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to improve performance and achieve campaign goals.
• Collaborate with marketing team members to align SEM strategies with overall marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEM.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies, to maximize SEM results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing SEM campaigns and delivering results.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine advertising platforms, such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using analytics and campaign management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Salary: $60k-$68k
