Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Manager to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through effective pricing strategies, forecasting, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of hotel revenue systems, and the ability to translate data into actionable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and historical data to forecast demand and adjust pricing.
Manage room inventory, distribution channels, and rate structures to achieve financial goals.
Partner with the sales and marketing team to develop promotions, packages, and group business strategies.
Provide regular revenue reports and recommendations to ownership and executive leadership.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure revenue targets are consistently met.
Train and support front office, reservations, and sales teams on revenue management practices.
Maintain strong knowledge of local market conditions and industry developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of hotel revenue management experience, ideally in a full-service or 4-star property.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency with revenue management systems (RMS), property management systems (PMS), and distribution tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive results.
