Veteran Owned – Growth Oriented Company Seeking - Motivated Certified Appraisers Needed
We are expanding again! We have been asked by the AMC’s to bring on additional appraisers in multiple states as they are seeing an increase in order flow, especially in HELOC, default, pre-foreclosure, and REO.
We are also experiencing a massive influx of long-form appraisal requests. Since February 1st, 2024, we have had to decline over 160 orders! These have been in the states of Kansas, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, California, Washington State, Illinois, Virginia, North Carolina, and Oklahoma. Requests coming in are for field reviews, 1004’s, 1007’s, 1025’s 2055’s and more. This is in addition to our primary focus of Desktop’s.

Your role with us
As a Licensed, Certified or General Appraiser, you will be required to complete reports assigned in a timely manner, review all work completed under your license, and conduct limited training for the writers and analysts working under you to ensure satisfactory work. You may be required to review all work completed by other writers or analysts. Other than the above, we will take care of the rest and you do what you do best – WRITE REPORTS AND REVIEW WORK!!

We are a veteran owned, successful multi-disciplined management company, headquartered in Florida. We are seeking to consolidate certified appraiser sole practitioners or small companies, alleviating the “headache” of running their business instead of focusing on appraising. We are rapidly expanding coast to coast.
We employ, and are compliant with TQM, Six Sigma, and ISO. We have full IT and automation in place for ease of replication and appraisal process. We are expanding nationwide.
This is a remote position, no relocation necessary.
We also welcome you to bring your apprentices and trainees.
