Job Objectives
As a Pharmacy Consultant, you will provide essential consulting services to customers on effective medication usage, drug interactions, and preventive healthcare solutions, such as immunizations. You will ensure the correct compounding and dispensing of prescribed medications, complying with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities/Tasks

• Customer Experience
  • Engage and assist customers by offering help with products and services, guaranteeing a positive experience.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and demonstrate exceptional customer service practices.
  • Build strong relationships with valuable customers by anticipating their needs and providing professional, personalized services.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote pharmacy services.
• Operations
  • Counsel patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions, ensuring their health needs are addressed.
  • Perform necessary pharmacist tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, and medication management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards while promoting efficient pharmacy workflows.
  • Process insurance claims accurately to prevent payment issues and address customer concerns.
• People & Performance Management
  • Assist with staff hiring and training, offering constructive feedback and fostering employee development.
  • Promote teamwork and motivate team members to achieve shared goals.
