Position: Apartment Leasing Agent

Location: Minneapolis - Saint Paul

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

   • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.
   • Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and amenities.
   • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

2. Leasing and Marketing:

   • Execute leasing agreements and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
   • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
   • Collaborate with the property management team to optimize occupancy rates.

3. Tenant Relations:

   • Address resident concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
   • Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance their living experience.
   • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections.

4. Administrative Tasks:

   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities.
   • Prepare leasing reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.
   • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless leasing processes.
