Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Investment Banking Analyst specializing in the Agriculture sector. As an entry-level analyst, you will work closely with senior team members to support the execution of financial transactions, conduct industry research, and assist in the development of client presentations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the dynamic world of investment banking while focusing on the Agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research to support client pitches and presentations.
• Prepare financial models and presentations for client meetings, roadshows, and investor conferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and deliverables.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics affecting the Agriculture sector.
• Support senior team members in client relationship management and business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Previous internship or work experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related field preferred.
• Passion for the Agriculture sector and a desire to build a career in investment banking.
