BOBCAT - IT Delivery Lead

Subsequently, we have expanded beyond the leasing, retail and commercial financing of a traditional captive-finance company offering a broad variety of products tailored for the BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce customer. Be a part of our exciting growth by expressing an interest in our BOBCAT – IT Delivery Lead position located in Columbus, OH.

The BOBCAT Initiative will drive the implementation of a new contract management solution for Lease / Retail / Subscription accounts, including the integration with legacy systems and the migration of 1.3MM Consumer accounts.

As a BOBCAT - IT Delivery Lead, you will leverage your technical and functional skills and experiences to lead the day-to-day delivery within your assigned feature team in the context of an agile DevOps delivery model. This evolving leadership role blends multiple functional and technical topics including Project Manager, Business Analyst, Agile Master, Solution Architect, and Operations Manager roles based on the specific needs of the organization.

In this role, you will define tasks, goals and solutions at a project level and ensure IT and provider resources are attaining those objectives. You will manage product and section financial forecasting processes, and will lead the business, IT, and provider resources to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient projects. You will coordinate activities with business product owners and project managers, and execute appropriate delivery tasks, activities, and deliverables as necessary to ensure project success.

The pay range for this role is: $103,966.00 - $122,313.00.

The selected candidate’s education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.

Qualification:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical / business field or similar educational standing or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of progressively increasing professional experience in IT, with at least:
• 5+ years in a senior level role and
• 3+ years business analysis/requirements management.
• 3+ years project management or agile delivery.
• Strong people leadership skills and a proven capability to lead without formal disciplinary responsibility (this includes the ability to lead peers successfully).
• Ability to be effective in dealing with uncertainty and a volatile environment with often ambiguous and conflicting requirements and priorities.
• Strong analytical and conceptualization skills. Strong ability to structure, illustrate and or communicate complex concepts in a understandable, practicable manner.
