Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest as an Associate Supply Chain Specialist. This full-time role supports procurement, inventory management, receiving, and supply chain analytics within a vibrant healthcare setting that includes a Critical Access Hospital and multiple rural clinics.

Job Summary

Under the guidance of the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing requisition workflows, sourcing approved items, and maintaining compliance with contracts and policies. You will collaborate closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues and monitor stock levels to support timely restocking and freight check-in. Your responsibilities also include coordinating shipments, verifying deliveries, and addressing discrepancies.

Analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and support forecasting will be an important part of your role, along with recommending solutions during supply disruptions. You will provide operational coverage during staff absences or peak periods and assist with ERP system buildouts and data conversions. Additionally, you will contribute to special projects, workflow improvements, and policy development.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some college or technical training/certificate preferred
• Associate's degree in business, supply chain, healthcare administration, or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement required
• Healthcare or clinical setting experience strongly preferred

Requirements and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis tools
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills across clinical and non-clinical teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities
• Collaborative and professional work ethic
